Great service! My air conditioner was out when I came back from vacation. I called Guy Smith at 4 and was told a technician would come out that day. Guy Smith called me when the technician was on his way. By 6:15, the technician had arrived and fixed the problem. The problem turned out to be a disconnected wire, which the technician was able to identify quickly.

Expert Troubleshooting My heat pump AC stopped working. I troubleshot myself and could not find the problem. So I called the professionals. John Shafer guy Smith heating and cooling came out to my residence. After I explain the problem to them shortly he quickly found a hard to find a problem with my power and rectify the problem. Now my house is cool again thanks John and I would definitely recommend guy Smith heating and cooling to anyone.

GUY SMITH HEATING AND COOLING ELECTRICAL CO. I have been using Guy Smith Heating and Cooling Co for 3 yrs to service my central air and heating needs. When my AC stopped working In 98% temperature three years ago, Phil was here the same day with a part to fix my problem. He really saved my day! Gigi Y. Guy Smith's approach to "customer care", via the cheerful office staff: from trying to assess a customer's problem and needs, accommodating an appointment time and calling the client to let them know the technician is "on the way", is not only very efficient, but kind and considerate too. Superb response and service! We have used Guy Smith's services for nearly 25 years. My wife recently underwent major surgery and was at home recuperating when, unexpectedly, my A/C unit at home had a problem where it wasn't cooling sufficiently during a most recent heat wave. Receptionist, Lacey, was extremely helpful in sending a tech to rectify our problem, especially since my wife was in medical recovery. Yearly Air Conditioning Maintenance As always Guy Smith came out to inspect my A/C unit for the yearly checkup. Brian was the mechanic on this job, I have had Brian many times in the past and he has always been great, he know his job well and always explains everything to you, he is Guy Smiths top notch technician, and it is always a pleasure to see his smiling face when he comes to service my unit. I know that my unit will be serviced well when he is on the job!!!!!!!
