oil change service was done well. The only bad part is that it took 2hrs with 7am appointment

The service was great. it's what took place afterwards that frustrated me. I needed a replacement part and it's been a nightmare getting the right part. We're on our third attempt now to obtain the correct part. Secondly, my wife and I had to make several attempts to get a copy of the invoice emailed to me so I could upload receipts to the Carfax Car Care app. When I checked in my vehicle for service I asked Manny if they would enter all the details regarding the service performed.
