I was in for a recall that I thought would take most of the day, but I was out in about 2.5 hours. I was very happy about that. The only thing I don't like about going to this dealer is that they no longer have water and coffee and snacks available for people in the Lincoln waiting area. Just water would have been nice.
I was able to bring my Expedition in for malfunction light check and Alexus was very helpful. They couldn't duplicate the issue but reset the light and my Expedition has been running fine for a while.
Great place to get oil changes.
