Great service but very slow when picking up vehicle

I have been taking my Ford F150 to Gwinnett Place Ford for service since it was purchased in 2017. On May 9, 2022 I had an appointment to have the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. On this occasion they were unable to locate the rotors that had been set aside for this repair. Kudos to the service team and Charles Swank who were able to get a set of rotors ordered and quickly delivered. The delay was unexpected and I appreciated the effort they made to make it right.
My service advisor is always very courteous and helpful.
Finally got my repair done correctly little frustrated that it took so long the service advisor she was great Cedric Edwards he really was concerned about taking care of my needs and he did everything within his power to make sure it happened I give them five stars
