Friendly good team inter action
Cedric Edwards, my service advisor, always provides excellent service. I immediately took my car to Gwinnett Place Ford (where I purchased my car) when I say "low tire pressure" light come on. They discovered that I had a screw in my tire. They also informed me that the tire could be repaired. It was repaired quickly. My tire has been just fine.

Service was excellent Cedric Edwards my service advisor was awesome and kept me informed of the status. The service technician performed a reprogram and eventually had to replace a intermittently malfunctioning starter, truck runs like new when I bought it in 2017! Very happy with the professionalism and expertise of both my service advisor and service technician. I'm in the service business when truck moves my clients get service, minimum downtime is key in my business.
My recent service visit for my 2020 Velocity Blue Mustang was superb. Service techs handled everything with great speed and attention to detail. Gabi Mor, the excellent gentleman who sold me this Mustang, even offered me lunch. It's always a pleasure, being at Gwinnett Place Ford !
