Staff worked hard to work with my situation so as to keep me in the new car. It did take about a week or so, but the end result was that I had a better deal for my trade and a reduced price for my new car, at an interest rate that was truly appealing.

Melinda Her was a wonderful sales person. She attended myself and my husband fully. She made sure we were confirtable and had everything we needed while waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up. She did all this with a smile on her face. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and Ms. Her.

Mike Morris is a sales man who studies the art of selling he is pushy. Would I recommend them yes but with reservation. Go there if you like to negotiate otherwise you will not get a good price. I went on a Sat. it was packed. Mike was busy, I was sent to Levi an associate under Mike; he thought Levi could handle me, after he couldn't give me the deal I wanted I left. Melinda provides us great customer services and we had an enjoyable buying experiences. We had bought automobiles at least 10 times in the past 30 years and Melinda is the best sale person we ever met. Gwinnett Place Nissan should be proud to have a staff like Melinda. If we decide to have another Nissan in the future, we will be asking for her at Gwinnett Place Nissan.

Just an very good overall experience buying this vehicle thru Mike Morris. We got his name from a prior customer. Gwinnett Place Nissan was our first stop, and we did not have to go elsewhere to "price shop." Mike was straightforward in his dealings and very friendly. We took home our new Nissan Rogue the same day. I would have no hesitation recommending him to future potential customers.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone the people I listed above were great!! I came in with my trade and left with a brand new car two days later the customer service was phenomenal!!! Mike Morris was my sales person he made sure the car fit all of my needs he was just awesome this was the best car buying experience I've had since I bought my 2008 Nissan three years ago. The people were very friendly made sure I was getting the best customer service.

I first would like to say that Mr. Noe Ponce is an AMAZING SALES PERSON!!!!! I would not care what car dealership he works for because of his knowledge of the car's, and they way he makes you feel as a customer I would most likely buy where ever he sale's. At Gwinnett Place Nissan, I truly had a great buying experience. Noe Ponce was very friendly and genuinely concerned about my personal well being, not just whether or not I purchased a car. I strongly recommend working with Noe - he really is a great and reasonable guy!
