I would not recommend this dealership unless they decide to get rid of some bad apples. I had a conversation with Mr. Navi Khan who was less than professional stating facts that he has been there for 5 years and knows what he talking about but would not entertain my questions and ignored my concerns. was waited for 6 hours for just inspection and I drove vehicle only 30k miles I a was said to replace battery. top of that I was having security plus gold coverage not covered, inspection was bad and at the end the pressure was and vaccun is not properly done.

Incredibly disappointed with my last two experiences here (12/17/22 & 3/18/23). I've gone to them for 2 general diagnostics in the last 3 months and here's what I've noticed: 1. The Service Advisors seem to be trained to use misleading language regarding their basic diagnostic service cost. They will imply that the diagnostic cost will be credited to cover repairs found on the diagnostic. Just moved here from out of state. I asked if there were any specials on oil change and I was told no, that it would cost $89, but today I get an email stating the oil change service special is $39.95 and that the service special started October 4th and runs through December 31st. I will have to find another dealership to take my car for service. Not cool.

On 11/4, I went in looking at a Pathfinder that had been aging on their lot for a few weeks now. It was the right color combination and had most of the configuration I wanted.
