i went on line for aprice quote for a new rogue and they responded within 15 minutes and found out exactly what I wanted and gotme aprice that others would not even match. I have had nothing but good exprience with these guys since the moved to thier new location, and I started dealing with Larry Deal. He is the man, always promt, curteous and easy to deal with. I have had expriences with alot of the others there and had I only dealt with them and never dealt with Larry I would probably have the same opinion as the other reviews. Alot of those guys are pretty rude, and don't seem to want to take the time to deal with you but Larry seems to be the exception to the rule there.
Not customer customer-friendly dealership. You walk in, and nobody will talk to you. Nobody helped you guide your towed car to the position. Very difficult to reach your service advisor while waiting, and at the final pick-up, you'd be charged 3% credit card service fees, which should be disclosed beforehand. When the repair cost is high, the fees will not be small.

The worst! The "full diagnostic" isn't. It only checks one issue, but their report claims to have checked everything. Never to return!
Service crap was very nice very good. Didn’t like the long wait time for my oil change however. A faster response would be appreciated since most people including myself don’t have as much time to have an oil change

First I would like to say that all the people I dealt with were friendly and nice. My complaint primarilty concerns the lack of professionalism that was displayed. I had gone to this dealership three times in two days to look at cars and try to come to a decision on which car I wanted.
