We were extremely happy with Gwinnet Place Nissan and our salesman, Mr. Noe Ponce. Mr. Ponce is an exceptional salesman; he is professional and very knowlegeable about the cars that he is selling. We never felt rushed; he spent time getting to know us and our car needs. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the process. I knew what I wanted when I drove from S. C. to purchase. I just wasn't so sure how to get it for what I was willing to pay. I think both the dealership staff and I felt like we made a fair deal. Most importantly, Mike Morris, my sales person, was outstanding. He went way beyond the call of duty to meet my desires in a Maxima. i never felt pressured to buy at all i felt i was treated fairly and they got the vehicle i wanted at the price i wanted the overall experience was fun as it should be not stressful like my prior car searches have been would reccommend to family and friends when they are looking
We had excellent service and all of the employees were really nice eventough we didn't make the purchase on the first day. They knew that we were unhappy with the offer on the first day of our visit and Chris tried his hardest to give us an offer that we would agree to and be appoved the next day. After our purchase, the owner and all the other employees came to congratulate us and even move our things which made our experience the best that we ever had at a dealership.
I was totally satisfied because I put forward my proposal on what I had to offer in order for to purchase this car. Mike Morris then put forward what he had to offer and we then began to work on a solution that in the end I accepted. Also negotiations done in a polite friendly manner.
Awesome Experience. The Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to find exactly the car i wanted and it was a smooth easy going process. I would recommend this dealer and especially Noe to anyone interested in buying a wonderful Nissan!!!!!!
Mike Morris was very attentive and met me at my car when I had an appointment with him. He was quick...didn't waste time and worked hard to get me a great deal on my truck. He always had a smile on his face and made me feel comfortable and at ease with his cheerful laugh. I would absolutley recommend that someone go to Gwinnett Place Nissan when shopping for a vehicle. very courtise and friendly service. Noe took the time to tour the lot and show us everything, from small suv to all price range cards. discussed leasing vs buying and showed two examples of cars, lease vs buy. came away with a very satisfied buying experience and learned a lot about leasing for future refeence.. love the car I bought. thank you .
