Everything went very smoothly with the installation. It did require them to come out another time to change out one of the drain hoses because it was taking up too much space ... but they came within an hour or so of me calling, and took care of it - great customer service! On 4/28/2015, I wrote concerning a refurbished water treatment unit I purchased from Richard Foronjy. Soon after my review I received a call from Richard concerning my dissatisfaction with the refurbished unit I purchased for my mother. I explained to Richard that the unit had been repaired a number of times and still was not working to my satisfaction. unknown Performed annual maintenance on Reverse Osmosis water filter that came with the house when we bought it. Hague did the original installation and still had the records! Technician arrived timely and checked out the system, replaced the filters and suggested replacing the tank, which improved the flow substantially, so it was needed. Friendly, knowledgeable technician and office staff.
