It was a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, the company was responsive when I called, and the installer was quite knowledgeable and did good work. They installed a water softening unit and a water filtration unit.

It was expensive, but we were very pleased. They were very professional, had a quality product, and did a good job with the installation.We had such hard water that it was ruining our dishes and our laundry, but the water quality is now great thanks to the new system. They installed a water softening system for the entire house, and they installed a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

They were very professional, their customer service was excellent, and the product itself is amazing. The water quality is virtually pure thanks to the new system. I also really appreciate that they send reminders to change filters and to maintain the system. They installed a reverse osmosis system in our house. They service it as well.

Everythingwent well with the service. They were quite responsive when we called anddid a good job with the system's installation. We also appreciated that they came out for freeto rectify an issue that wasn't even their fault. In addition, we got a discount for putting their sign in our yard. They installed a water softener.

Everything is going well. The system is working just fine, and the water quality is great. I also like that the unit only has to be refilled once every nine months. They installed a water softener which I now rent from them every month.

The company had a fabulous response time and excellent customer service, and the system is still running well. I do find their fee for service calls to be a bit exorbitant however. They installed a reverse osmosis system and a water softener.

They did a good job with the installation, are very responsive when we call, and have been diligent about checking up with us on the system's performance. The only issue is that we would have liked more information on how to properly use and maintain the system. They installed a water filtration system for the house and installed a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen.

Basically, add salt the Watermax system when it's low. Change filters on the drinking water system every 18 months (we call to remind you).
