The products were very good, but very expensive, compared to comparable companies. They then serviced it yearly (another expensive venture), until we sold our house in 2012. Thank you for the review. I didn't hear anything about misplacing your files, but I see that we serviced your system regularly until 2012. Unfortunately you didn't have the system long enough to see the value of all the money you spent on that equipment. A conventional water softener would last 10 years on average. unknown Service to the system
unknown RO filter service. Service was excellent ! One of the reasons I went with Hague was that I was told I could have the RO system placed almost anywhere I wanted it. I didn't want it under the sink again as the their competitors models leaked! So I had the unit placed in my utility room some 25 feet away from the kitchen sink. At this service call I explained to the tech that I believed the water pressure from the tank was a little low. After just a little tweaking the issue was resolved. | |Thanks

The installer came onsite while I was at work. I came home to soft water, with no mess left behind. They did a great job! I am still waiting on my yard sign so I can share the love. Hague WaterMax - Water Filter, Softener - added a convenient water main shut-off valve - also added extra spout for soft water to wash car and fill Koi pond
