unknown I have purchased 2 complete water systems. The first system was for my residence and to be honest this system is expensive but I believe well worth the price. I have had this system for a number of years now and I have not any problems putting with the system. Maintance is again pricey. The second system was a refurbished system purchased for my mother. We love our water softener system, it really has made a difference in our home. About 8 months after we had it installed, we found a leak for the reverse osmosis unit under our kitchen sink that had warped the wooden shelf under the sink. Hague stood up to their guarantee and had it repaired. I actually like how it was done the 2nd time better than the first with respect to how the equipment was arranged under the sink. .
I'm happy with my little softener! Eric is very fun and easy to work with. The price was pretty high, but honestly it was my fault for not being better at math.
Hague is a very good softener. We love it and wouldn't have any other. This happened many years ago, so we don't remember all of it.
Maintenance on unit as it needed a part changed. They do really good work, Techs have always been very nice, professional, knowledgeable. We chose Hague system when we had our house built. Would not use anyone else! Best water system out there & we have Extremely hard water. We brought them to Patterson from the Bay Area, they did not handle the Central Valley in 2000.
