He is extremally knowledgeable about all different kinds of loans and situations, what works and what doesn't work. I have been in this industry for a long time and I have not seen anyone who knows all the little details as much as Hajir does. He is also super organized and thorough. He explains well, and takes really good notes, so if I went back and asked him anything about the previously closed deal he would pull up his notes and let me know what happened and why.
