Hajir and his team made the complicated task of buying our first home go smooth and quick. From pre-qualifying to closing escrow, every detail was spelled out in advance. I have to say Hajir constantly kept me informed of the loan process. His staff sent me the paperwork in a timely manner and all in all, made getting my loan an easy experience. They even sent a notary to my home so I did not have to travel somewhere to sign the final papers.
Hajir explained the loan process to us in easy to understand details. He also took the time to outline various loan options and discussed each one with us so we could make the best decision for our family.
I am so happy with Hajir and his team through my refinance process. they were so professional and the costumer service that I received was amazing. From the first time that I reviewed my financial and loan situation with Hajir, I noticed the difference in the service that Bay equity and his team providing. They are committed and they care. This is what you need when you are working with a lender.
This is the second time I went with Mr. Nejati and he was great. However, the couple of blips that occurred re: the interest rates and the higher than expected costs (see ratings below) were problems with my end of things. There were also several problems with the notary public hired by someone other than Hajir so the closing was delayed. (see ratings below)

Great at responding quick to every phone call or email. Remain calm and professional even when I was pulling my hair out. Good with interactive Internet programs to demonstrate ALL the numbers and choices I had for my loan. Bay Equity works as a great team all informed and up to speed on my situation. I'd recommend them to a friend.
Hajir is very caring, efficient and always responsive. He went out of his way to get my loan approved. I did not even have to go to his office for any signatures. They came to my house to get all the necessary signatures.
