This was out fifth loan with Hajir. He is always extremely responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process ran smoothly, and without any hassle for us. Conducted most of the work online, signed our documents at home. Very convenient process. We love Hajir and do recommend him highly to anyone who needs a new loan or refinance. My husband and I have been looking for a home for the past few months. This is the fifth home loan I was applying for and by far the best experience I had. Before we start the search for our new home Hajir set up a meeting with us to go over the best possible options and the process. it went very smooth and we were able to close a few days earlier than planned. Hajir and Bay Equity Home Loans did a miracle funding a loan which was rejected by ALL lending companies we contacted. I asked Hajir ALOT of questions during our refinance process. He answered every one of them thoroughly, confidently and with the utmost patience and courtesy. No question I had was ever "beneath" him, and he consistently made time to communicate promptly either by text, email or phone whenever there was "something else" I needed to know. At the end of the day, we got exactly what we needed within a reasonable time frame and cost, and are very pleased with the service that Hajir and his staff provided. Highly recommend!

I have the best experience with Hajir and his team. Going through tremendous amount of pressure from seller, escrow, other parties, Hajir and his team were supportive, helpful. Hajir was available day and night and over the weekend to answer my questions.I would highly recommend working with Hajir and his team on your next loan or re-finance.
