I have been trying to refinance my home for the past 6 years. I was underwater for many years and my financials were not in great shape either. Hajir and his staff provided incomparable service. They walked me through what I thought would be an impossible loan. I am a single, self employed woman and never dreamed that I would be able to buy my business property. Hajir and his staff were incredibly patient, knowlegable, and professional all the way through. I was pretty skeptical that I'd ever be able to own a home, but when my family and I were getting booted out of our apartment, I reach out to Hajir on a recommendation from a friend. As first time home buyers the process can be very overwhelming. We had 60 days to find a home and purchase it. We had money coming in from international sources as well as the US.
