I have to say how disappointed our family was with Halliwell. I'm so glad he's not there anymore. Although a lot of the staff were lovely, I found the management very difficult to deal with. My father was often left in bed until nearly lunchtime which he hated. It seemed understaffed often, especially at weekends. We found him more than once with no drink and the buzzer put where he couldn't get it so he couldn't ask for help.
