Excellent Service Service was done on time and the staff was helpful and friendly. My oil change included a car wash. The service staff also advised me of future work that would be needed at my next service appointment.
Recall I had a scheduled appointment for recall on Civic Hatch 2018, extremely busy that morning ( Tuesday) ....I’m am out of town and was busy for shuttle service and to accommodate out of town transportation, they kindly ordered me an Uber to ensure I was home in time for family matter. This is why I will always deal with Halton Honda, they have amazing service and hopefully things never change!
Cory to the rescue! The battery in my 2017 CR-V died for the 2nd time in February 2019. Since I knew that was not normal, I headed straight to Halton Honda after my battery was boosted. When I arrived in mid morning of Tuesday 27 February 2019, I saw how busy the Service Department was and knew my chances were slim to get my car looked after. Recall service Brought car due to a recall. Cory was great, set expectations of timing and exceeded them. Car was nice lay washed upon pick up, which was such a nice surprise!
Excellent service I brought my can in for service and found that staff to be excellent. My car was ready on time and the service assistant- Alex- explained what service had been done to my car. They washed my car and even washed the front floor mats which were dirty from winter wear and tear. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you
a pleasant wait I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk in. Wifi, newspapers, magazines, hot chocolate - I almost wasn't ready to leave when they told me my car was done. A great price too for synthetic oil
Quick oil change, no appointment Didn’t know about the Express Desk until this oil change. Got there at 8.10am was out by 9.14am! Excellent service, will go this route again.
Great people I went to Mark the service manger and asked some questions about the new Van before I purchased it. All my questions where answered right away. Mike the sales manger was always great at answering any questions .If he didn't know the answer he went out of his way to find the answer and emailed me. There was a problem setting up my cell phone because it is a flip phone so it doesn't have the updated technology, Dave the sales person was great and made sure it was setup so I could use the hands free. Absolute easiest dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Marc was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales tactics at all and extremely knowledgeable of the Honda product.
