Fabulous ! Driving alone to South Carolina, I needed reassurance that my older car was road ready. I called and got an appointment very quickly. Tire pressure, ,oil and washer fluid and brake checks A O.K. and reasonabley priced too. The next day I was apprehensive about the air and heat fans operation. Usual excellent service This visit was not a planned service. I called Jamal because my car had been stuck in the underground parking where I live and I wanted to be sure no damage had been done when it was removed. The car was put on the hoist and he showed me where there were some scrapes but no real damage. It was a great relief to me to be able to rely on Jamal and Halton Honda to be sure everything was ok.
Customer Brad is always very helpful and friendly. All the staff are very customer oriented. I will be buying a new CRV some time this year.
Excellent service buying a Ridgeline Jeff, our sales guy, explain us in detail advantages of getting a lease or credit as well as features of a Ridgeline truck. We did our decision due to the information we received. So far, everything run smoothly and without any disappointing surprise.
