professional and friendly service When my wife and I first walked into Halton Honda Albert Daniel saw us and came over and called me by my name. I had not seen Albert since 2002 when I had purchased a Honda CRV from him at another dealership. That gave me a good feeling for someone to still recognize me after all these years. Honda CRV service and recall. Cory, in the Service Dep’t, was very helpful and informative. Service was completed in timely fashion. Shuttle service also was pleasant and prompt. Overall a good experience.
Ryan Zogala was great! Ryan Zogala was a great salesrep. Responsive and and understood where I was coming from as a customer. Amit Sharma was also great as the financial services manager. Based on my work I am very knowledgeable about financing and leasing, and both respected that by not spending extensive time trying to sell me on add on's that they knew I was not going to purchase.. Great dealership overall and I will continue to return for service and future vehicles. This is my fourth Honda and second at Halton Honda.
