Great service and friendly, courteous staff It was quick and easy to gook my service appointment. Upon arrival, the agent looked after me very efficiently and the shuttle came along shortly. When I picked up my car, the person was so kind and courteous although there were many people waiting for service. The work was done on time and seems to have been done well.
Fast service Our car would not start one morning. You kindly fit us in the same day and were able to fix the problem with the car without delay.
Excellent, Brad was great. Honda Canada looked after us. Long 6 weeks though for parts on a 2018. Job was well done and rental car was terrific. All family members have driven only Hondas for 20 or so years and this is the first time we have had an issue. But we are worried about THIS car. We drive Honda’s because of Albert Daniels.

Love our new CRV. Marc Pregnolato was excellent to deal with. He treated us fairly from the first time we came in just to look around through our follow up visits until we were finally ready to make a purchase. He spent more time with us informing us about all the details of the vehicle we were looking at than we've ever experienced during other car purchases and was never pushy. Friendly and professional Bought a good car with help from the sales, civic 2019 EX white. The process is quite smoothly, the sales gave me a quite detailed introduction.
all required service was done the service advisor, Alex, was very courteous, explained what was going to be done....went over the service when I picked up my vehicle, I must tell you that the courtesy drivers who brought me home and picked me up, were very personable and great to ride with. Great Dealership It was my first time visiting this dealership for service. The service person checking me in (Nigel) did an excellent job, made me feel welcome & did not miss a step explaining what was going to be done. I used the shuttle service to get home & back to the dealership as well, both great rides. The service person I was checking out with (didn't get his name) did what was needed, but seemed like he was a bit distracted. Other than that, great experience!
Good timely service Check engine light on. Emission system problems. Car in at opening. All repairs done before noon. Very expensive though, especially the diagnostic fee. Would appreciate some relief from this fee as we are loyal customers of Honda and of this dealership in particular. Alex in customer service was very good.
