Very well taken care of Expecting our car. Professional. Knowledgeable. All work/costs fully explained. Pleasant. Arranged ride home & back to the dealership. The "check in - check out" process was fast and efficient.
Great Dealer Brought car in for tire change ,oil change ,and emission test. Got appointment in good time. Service was done in correct time with not surprises.
Drive Clean The Drive Clean test was done within 30 minutes. They also check the tire pressure in all wheels and washed the vehicle. The best part was that there was no charge.
1B service call for HR-V Everything (including shuttle drop off and pickup) unfolded flawlessly. Nicely run operation. Will undoubtedly return here for service although the Oakville location is much closer.

Warranty Check-up Before Road Trip Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Due to the fact that a prior appointment had finished early, we arrived ar Honda early. It wasn’t a problem and we were taken right away. We had a luncheon to attend, so we required a shuttle ride. Graham was a lovely gentleman who took us to the Church for our lunch.
