Courteous and honest with quick and fast service . The service estimated cost did not increase by too much after the inspection which I appreciated. I'm also glad that they did not recommend unnecessary work (ie, they replaced the light bulbs on the drivers side only as they were burnt out but they did not recommend the right side/passenger's side lights also be replaced just in case as one cannot predict when the other side will stop working and there is no point in replacing the other side yet.
Excellent Over all great experience. The pick up shuttle arrived on time although it was peak office hours. The car was serviced even before my arrival and Alex waiting for me with all the completed documents.
Excellent Service Fog light replaced, car washed and ready to go 1 hour after appointment time Alex explained when my next service was due and how long it would take

Amazing staff with customer service at it's finest! I can't say enough about Halton Honda, and especially Hugh Bell - sales Rep and Brad Mordue - Service. I've had nothing but fantastic service and highly recommend Halton Honda to everyone. They met our needs and continue to meet our needs every time. I completly trust Brad in service with our CRV, he's honest and will do all he can to help. Amazing staff, Amazing company!
Replacing regular tires and rims with stored snow tires and 45 minutes in and out for the changeover and very personable service rep. Much faster than last changeover and having the original installation. However for all service I have had excellent service reps. Nigel this time and Brad many times. The other two changeovers I apologize to the reps since I have forgotten their names.
Service A 16 Called to make service appointment Dec 11th and could not get in until Dec 21st which I was felt was an awfully long time for a simple service. The agent I spoke with actually suggested that I go to another dealership for the service!
