Great service and care Very friendly staff and service. While the hotel is a bit old, the customer service is top notch. They let us hold our luggage during the checkin and checkout days which helped my family cover few more places in downtown NY city.

Nous avons eu la surprise d’apprendre que le ménage n’était fait qu’un jour sur 2. La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée correctement à notre arrivée : il y avait une culotte sale pendue derrière la porte de la salle de bain (manifestement oubliée par les précédents occupants et surtout par la personne du ménage), un blister vide d’un médicament resté dans le placar... read more

Room was stale with a damp, mildewy smell. AC only blew air around the room, was not able to lower the temp. Requested repair, but there was no change.
