The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and a great size. The location is just perfect. We'll definitely stay here again.

God beliggenhed Rigtig god beliggenhed og ok morgenmad. Værelse standard. Venlige og hjælpsomme i receptionen. AC larmede meget. Ene elevator i stykker og det er til 20. Sal. Bruger plastikbestik og engangstallerkner - det er ikke ok i 2023, men meget udbredt i USA desværre.

Great experience - will definitely be back! front desk staff was very warm, professional and friendly. coffee and tea service was a nice touch. comfortable and clean room. REALLY appreciated the shelving and the medicine cabinet in the bathroom! NEVER get that with NYC hotels! super convenient to my office in NYC - will def stay here again.
There was only one working elevator and it took forever to get up and down. We resorted to taking the stairs from the 17th floor several times. The staff was friendly, but couldn’t offer us an inconvenience discount because we booked through Expedia. Something to think about….
