Little expensive, but within walking distance to a number of sight-seeing attractions.
Service impeccable à la réception. Personnel très agréable et accueillant.
Really nice midtown hotel. Close to two subway lines. Room was clean. Staff was helpful and nice.
Rooms was not ready 3pm. Had to wait 30mins. Also the AC unit was a portable unit and it was not working. I had to request a change of room. Very disappointed.
We’re not nice
Everything was extremely small. Room, bathroom, breakfast nook. First day of breakfast was ann utter disappointment with almost NOTHING being ready. Worker was having fun in the kitchen giggling with other staff. OH, and apparently their policy on water bottles don’t include the staff keeping inventory as they charged us $6.32 for two bottles of water, which none of us took as those two bottles remained as we checked out. This is the worst Courtyard are have ever stayed in. Tough area and our room was next to the stairs. Shoebox size. No body wash on the shower and when we requested some, they brought up body lotion after a 30 minute wait.
Hotel was outdated and needs a renovation. Wait for the hotel elevator was obnoxiously long.
