Sink drain stopper was completely disconnected. Water wouldn't drain unless the stopper was removed completely. The property was so concerned with water conservation that the toilet would not flush completely. We had to fill up a waste container with water to get the toilet to flush. Tub drain was not connected. It was very unpleasant to view the trains of both the sink and the tub.

For some unknown reason my account was charged randomly HOURS after I checked out of the location.
Very dirty.
When I asked the Front desk several times throughout the day to do me the courtesy to clean my room that I will have guest over they simply ignored my request even when I suggested I would pay for it
There was a dead rat right outside the property for days. Unfortunately my credit card has been charged, I have no idea what this charge is for, I didn't do or have anything they should be charging me for.
De locatie van het hotel was perfect! Op loopafstand van Time Square en diverse metro stations. De kamers en de bedden waren prima. Schoonmaak om de dag. Het personeel achter de receptie is niet zo vriendelijk. Geen gesprek mee aan te knopen en antwoorden kortaf. En dan de grootste frustratie… hotel inclusief ontbijt geboekt. We stayed at this property for a business trip, we initially were really excited due to having family working on this hotel back home but the service here is the awful, we spoke to “Giovanny” who says it’s the manager and was useless to resolve our issue. We got charged $80 because they claimed we took a cord, yet there was no communication at all prior to the charge.
