Both nights some client woke us up around 4am being extremely noisy. Not only that it was supposed to be 2 beds & after over 30 mins of looking for our prepaid reservation they only had one bed available. The kids had to sleep on the floor
From check-in, the experience was bad. The receptionist was rude, and I had to wait 40 minutes to get my room. The ice machines didn’t work on any floor, which was very frustrating. On top of that, I was charged for bottled water that I thought was complimentary. The worst part was the breakfast: scarce, bad-tasting, and not hygienic. Meh. The level of service was not what I expected. Everyone I encountered at this establishment was surly and disinterested.
Not enough towels for the Hotel & no Ice We requested towels for the next day stay because the hotel does clean every 2 days after your stay. The front desk told us that they did not have any towels available until after 6 hours later. We try to get ice, the ice dispenser are in floor 5, 9, 14, 19, but there is no ice in any of them. No shampoo, shower gel or Conditioner on any of the dispenser bottles. Among other things.
Thermostat not working they brought a noisy portable AC, spoke to the receptionist was not helpful, breakfast not good, don’t recommend much
