When we arrived, they made a security deposit in case there was any damage to the room. The amount was around $130, and they told us it would be refunded within 5 to 10 business days after check-out. It's been a month, and we still haven’t received the money back. I’ve called the hotel twice, and they haven’t been able to help me — the staff was also rude over the phone. I was forced to anticipate my departure due to a flight change, so I did not enjoy an extra night. I asked in advance for a refund of the night not enjoyed but they did not want to refund, it is not a professional and nice attitude for a problem not attributable to me
Unhelpful reception staff. Toilet not functioning properly. Rats on the pavement in front of hotel.
Room not ready at 3pm have to wait more than 2 hours to check in, breakfast very poor, service not very good
Clean enough and ok for short stay but rooms and hall very small. Dining space limited! No daily maid service which I’ve never heard of. Limited staff and had to wait almost 30 minutes for maintenance to come up after checking in and lock on door didn’t work which was after key card had to be activated twice! Also multiple additional fees making price way more than what is quoted on site!
This place was very worn looking. It has tight, narrow spaces and the elevators have to carry both staff and guests.this causes bottlenecks when staff are cleaning. Also, with such exorbitant room rates, I think daily housekeeping service should be given, Worst of all is the breakfast. I’d rather pay than have such meager food choices, overcrowded room, and plastic forks and spoons. Cheap ones at that. It was pretty bad.
It was good. Colleagues bathroom flooded. No kettles but all very friendly
