horrible, because the place has nothing to do with the advertising images they have on the website. They do not make daily towel changes, they do not clean or collect the rooms daily and the breakfast is poor, it has no variety or flavor.

Avoid this hotel, major maintenance issues We experienced some major maintenance issues during our stay, the heating system did not work properly, the water temperature at the shower was warm, at best, one elevator was not working (and the one that did work oddly did not stop at the floor our friends stayed at), entrance door not working, and the door to the stairway at ground level was not functioning properly. 1 out of 2 elevators not working. Cable TV not working. Daily room cleaning not available. Breakfest subpar compared to other hotels.

Area around the property was filthy, lots of vagabond type people, and the smell was terrible. Not much the hotel can do with the deteriorating state of New York.

great location but there were some communication problems. Rooms were a lot smaller than expected. We booked a room for five guests, but the rooms only accommodated 4. They brought us a roll-a-way bed that didn't fit in the room. Clearly, the dimensions were beyond the small footprint of the room. That created a very bizarre and unhelpful exchange with the front desk. This after our first room smelled like urine/pets and we requested to be moved to a different room with fresher accomodations.
