Mauvais expérience à hampton inn Un horrible vieux qui était à la réception le jour de notre départ n'a même pas dénié nous appeler à l'arrivée de notre taxi qui devait être là à 04 h 00 et qui était parti lorsque nous sommes arrivées à 04 h 04 à la réception. Le jour de notre arrivée, je lui ai demandais un service, il m'a répondu : "dans 10 minutes". Que faisait-il là alors ? Les autres ont été aimables. Terrible A/C I stayed in room 1705 and there is a portable A/C in there (not controlled by normal thermostat). It would be fine (I don't really care where the cool air comes from) but the cold air never seemed to accumulate in the room. So we'd leave the unit on full blast for hours while going out and come back and the room wouldn't be noticeably cooler. The location was very good however we found a used condom in our bed when my wife dropped her cellphone behind. They offered to clean the room which obviously we asked to do abd when we came back the room was in the same condition no new sheets or anything not even the bed made. The other problem was always in the hall way was tons of cleaning materials and carts which made it near impossible for our kids and stroller to get into the elevator.
