Rooms had stand up ac in it that kept blowing a fuse and wouldn't work.
Hôtel bien placé et environnement très bruyant et l’hôtel est mal insonorisé. Les tables du petit déjeuner sont à minima sales. Le fonctionnement permanent de la climatisation à pleine puissance est choquant dans ce contexte sociétal.
Le personnel n’est pas poli et n’est pas courtois.
Other then the location the hotel is terrible the bed & pillows are uncomfortable, the safe was already locked, there was no soup in my bathroom the tub was dirty i Called front desk they said someone would come they never came I’m never coming back!!
Be aware that you will need to pay extra $82 dollars for parking that is not disclosed.
They didn’t have a double bed room as I reserved and paid, they gave me 2 separate rooms even that I was traveling with kids. They didn’t go to clean the room even I requested via phone and in front desk, they didn’t want to compensate their mistake and on top of everything the front desk person was super rude. Stay away from this hotel!
Three’s a crowd We were traveling to Manhattan for a bridal shower with our daughter. I specified that there would be 3 guests when I made reservations. The room when we arrived contained a king sized bed and no additional accommodations for our daughter. When we checked with the front desk about a roll away or the possibility that we were given the wrong room. The woman at the desk apologized and said that there were none available and that they actually could advertise our room to accommodate 4 guests due to the bed size. ... read more
I left a toiletries bag in bathroom, hidden under hanging towels. I called back that evening, and housekeeping had left. They did not call me back the next morning, so I called again and told them exactly where and what I had left, and my son who lives close by could come and pick it up. They were going to look for it and call me back. They did not. The next day I called again, and they said they did not have it.
