Our air conditioning ran at high speed the whole time we were visiting and our room was freezing (60 degrees). I called the front desk for help and was immediately assisted, but the engineer that came up did nothing to fix the problem and just told me to turn the thermostat up to 80. The room stayed freezing, the ac continued to blast out, and there was nothing we could do. I honestly don’t know who’s writing all these positive reviews. This hotel is a dump. Elevator doors that don’t open all the way, elevator buttons that don’t light up, HVAC unit in the room so noisy had to pull the plug on it, and when I did, the whole thing fell apart. The drain in the tub was so slow that I found myself in a race to finish my shower before the tub overflowed. The mattress was shot, the room worn and not all that clean. For $300 a night, this hotel is an embarrassment and total rip off.
