The hotel is a very good location , the room needs a better pillows
The only thing i didn't like was the water wasn't to hot and the wifi kept lagging i wasn't able to get much work done. Kept freezing. Everything else satisfied.

Ascensori un problema Esperienza positiva sia per la location che per la disponibilità dei gestori unico neo ascensori sempre affollati nelle ore di punta in quanto l'hotel è di 32 piani e le ascensori sono solo due e servono anche per le donne delle pulizie quindi potete immaginare il disagio per gli ospiti che devono aspettare anche 10 /15 minuti gli ascensori.....
Mannhattan da vedere. Positivo Location.Tengono i bagagli il giorno della partenza in deposito gratuito. Colazione per N.Y più che accettabile. Negativo Pulizia delle camere ogni 4 giorni ed in modo sommario. Lunghe attese per lo ascensore.
