Me encanta su ubicación y el hotel como tal está bien. El desayuno es muy ameno. Lo que no me encanta tanto es lo d ela limpieza que en el cuarto encontramos en el piso una bufanda y pues el piso, la alfombra del cuarto necesitaba amor.
Breakfast and front desk staff were wonderful. Elevators worked. Clean floors, nice lobby. Housekeeping played their music loudly while tending other rooms, this was annoying for one afternoon only. Headboard in room was stained and the water faucet in the bathroom sink had a personality lol, it liked to shoot water straight at me! Overall a nice stay with the added benefit of breakfast.
The ladies at the front desk during my check in and check out were simply amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The staff as a whole are a great team. Looking forward to staying again in the next few months.
The staff was very friendly, however, there was limited space for everything, room, hallways, dining area, elevator. It made our trip extremely inconvenient and because of overcrowding things were not very clean.
Rooms are Small and I’ve machine was broken. I was charged an extra tax charge and after waiting fifteen minutes the worker could not help me so now I have to go back home and try to resolve a problem via telephone
