Awesome Location! The location & room was perfect. My only dislike was the size of the shower. Other than that I totally enjoyed my stay
Arrived at 7pm after a long trip from UK...guy behind desk wasnt exactly welcoming unlike the guy on the nightshift on sunday 11th who was extremely helpful wen our pre booked taxi didnt turn up. Room small, hardly any wardrobe space for 3 people and no room service so rubbish not collected and only 1 towel change on 1st day. Breakfast ok but we only tried it once and ate out on other days. Not much tourist info available either. Bout 10 -15 min walk to Times square.Wouldnt rush back

Overall it was good. The 2 complaints I have are there are only 2 elevators and at times you have to wait 3-30! Minutes in line to get to your room unless you take the stairs. My parents are elderly so that wasn’t an option for them. The other complaint was breakfast the line was crazy long. Took me 30 minutes to get to the actual door and another 10 to get to the food. The space provided were seating was just wasnt ample for the amount of people. It was clogged way up and they kept running out of food. Besides that the loca... read more
