Goede ligging, aardig personeel.. ontbijt was niet veel en ontzettend rommelige ruimte.. en lang wachten op de liften
The complimentary breakfast is nice. Housekeeping was hit and miss. They made the bed and freshened the towels every day. 2 days they failed to empty the wastebaskets. The neighborhood is not the safest in NYC.
Only complaint was our water and toilet didn’t work. We called and reported 2 days in a row and they did fix the toilet but not the water issue.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ging gar nicht. Man machte sich vor den Gästen erstmal eigenes Frühstück und der Abräumer schrie durch den Saal man sollte gefälligst seinen Müll in die Tonnen werfen damit er das nicht tun muss. Keine kaffeebraune wie in anderen Häusern der Kette.
The hotel was good we will be back
Had a great 5 day stay. Breakfast wasn't amazing but doable. Staff was friendly and comforting. If I ever go back to Times Square, I will book this hotel again. Also, a big thank you to Robert.
