The staff is really nice and patience with everyone! I stayed for new year's eve and even there was hundreds of people they treated everyone with respect and happiness
Fine, but there's better nearby All of our expectations were met staying at this property. If you've ever stayed in a Hampton Inn, you'll know exactly what to expect. We had a two night post-Christmas stay here to visit friends in NYC and honestly met our need for an affordable room in midtown, although better properties are available nearby for around the same money. Front Desk Very Helpful The front desk was really on their game especially the lady we saw both days. Even when leaving, she kept us updated on the long wait for the car. The parking attendant was a little clueless. The elevator was broken and we were on the 32nd floor. The room should have had 2 beds, but worked out with a king bed and a sofa bed that was comfortable.
Every thing was great. Friendly,clean, comfy bed. Close to everything
