Okay we manage it got better later We did our own room it was okay I wanted the Hampton Inn on 41 so whenever I book in Ny I prefer it there more professional I will also remember that I’m waiting on my deposit back they wouldn’t take money so I had to put everything on my card My friends no problem but I just didn’t like thay

Property is in a great location but had a few issues. -Stayed 5 night and once did we get our room turned down even after asking twice. Got clean towels on day 3 -30 plus degrees outside and when back to the room at the end of the day the hotel had no cold water to have a cooling shower. Asked about it each day and nothing. Who knew you couldn’t get cold water, it’s not an exaggeration the water all the way to the cold would pump out warm to hot water, no where close to cool or cold. - AC in room fan was never off. Really good deal for the location, and breakfast included. The staff was quite lovely. My only complaint is that there was terrible condensation on the floor around the air conditioning and the carpet felt wet and moldy.
Ett helt ok hotell, rent och frukost av det enklare slaget, men så man blev mätt och klara sig till lunch. Ligger bra till för att nå alla sevärdheter.
Shower had very very low water pressure. Hallways often blocked in morning by cleaning staff however they couldn’t help it because it was so small. Waiting for elevator was long because there are only 2 small elevators. Asked for a pillow and waited entire day and required 4 follow up requests. Plus is the beds are clean and comfortable. Hotel situato in buona posizione, non molto lontano da Times square. La pulizia della stanza non era il massimo, il condizionatore presentava molta sporcizia all'interno. L'area colazione e' molto limitata rispetto alla capacità ricettiva dell'hotel. Molto limitate anche le pietanze offerte per colazione.
