The location of this property is great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel interior is pretty run down; particularly the rooms/carpet. The A/C units did not run well. Even at max level the room was still warm. The elevators were at max capacity and could take as long as 15 minutes -- which just may be a function of what happens on weekends. For the price, I expected more from the interior. But I will reiterate that the staff was really helpful, attentive, and quick.
The Property was close to Times Square and Metro Access, and the breakfast was good. the elevator was very noisy all night. I tried getting valet parking when I checked in and was told to park out front and there was no space out front there was trash piled up in a parking space and ended up being told by the woman at the desk to move the valet marker on the street down further to accommodate a space. Excelent staff and nice place.
Staff was very good. Check in was quick.there was no water for one day
This hotel is okay and liked that we opted for the breakfast package. Although conveniently located, was disappointed that the shower door did not work properly and the room climate was difficult to control; either too hot or too cold. The staff here was very helpful and accommodating.
