The worst thing is the carpets very old and not clean

Great location, breakfast was good enough, staff very customer oriented. The room is not cleaned every day, not even the beds are made, just change of towels. Safe box didn't work.

easy to get time square and subway. BUT when we were there, cold water system was broken. We took a shower with HOT water though hot weather outside. Also, Juice machine also broken, my students couldn't drink any juice for breakfast.
Friendly staff but there were only 2 elevators and it sucks having to wait too long
