did not realise you have to put down a £500 deposit which you get back ( as you check in ) shower tray water was very slow to go down lifts took ages didnt realsie until you are told at check in that rooms are not changed /cleaned daily to much funrniture for the size of the room plug sockets not in right places ....moved beds to access

Very friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Very close to bus station and Madison Square Garden.
The property was in a great location and the staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately though, the elevators weren't always functioning and most of the time, only one was working. This caused delays for guest getting to rooms and lobby. There was also a half of a day that there was no water due to an issue. I understand that might have been out of their control, but it was an inconvenience. Overall the property was nice, staff was friendly and the city views from the upper floors was very nice. .
Great location, walking distance to most major tourist attractions and public transit. Loved the selection of breakfast.
Three night break chosen for location We had a very warm welcome from Tian and check in was quick and easy, he made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Room was a good size , clean and well appointed , the many charging points were great as were the coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was excellent, staff always friendly and cleaning and restocking the food choices. It was a great location for us as the reason for our visit was a concert at Madison square gardens.
