Location was perfect. Bathroom was a little dated. Room was small but was expected as we were right in Times Square. I think I was just expecting more being it’s a Hilton

Tiny shower I don't know what went into the head of the person doing the construction/renovation. The shower stall is so small! If I extend my elbows, I'd hit the walls on both sides. It's not that there is no room in the bathroom to put in a reasonably sized shower pan. There is plenty of wasted space in the bathroom.
We had a dog with us and the staff were very friendly with her. the breakfast is very basic the location is close to the times square. the room had refrigerator and cooler is fine but loud. the shower is very good and clean.

The cleanliness or lack of was a huge concern for our family. We were told that our room would be cleaned upon request (also there were signs posted that said cleaning upon request) and we asked for it to be cleaned and it never was. We were told it would be cleaned after the 4th day of our stay. We stayed four days and no one ever came to clean our rooms.
