Just OK Rooms were ok. Elevator situation is terrible. There are only 2 elevators for all guests and housekeeping. Literally took 15 minutes sometimes to get elevator. Great location to Time Square.

Location is perfect for walking to everything. Beds clean but rooms could improve cleanliness.
Budget friendly Common areas were clean and complimentary breakfast was good. Carpets in room hallway need to be cleaned or replaced. Room was comfortable but AC was turned all the way up and barely kept room comfortable. No cold water in bathroom sink. Expect and plan to wait for an elevator especially if you are on a lower floor. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and attractions.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They really did go above and beyond. The hotel is safe, clean, and in a good location. My alarm clock was broken and there was no toner in the business center printer. Other than that, we had no issues. I would stay there again.
