El hotel esta muy descuidado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el lugar y las habitaciones muy sucias. La limpieza en los cuartos la hacer cada cuatro noches, por lo que siempre se tienen que estar pidiendo toallas limpias. El área de desayuno es muy pequeña, por lo que siempre esta saturado lo cual lo vuelve muy incómodo. El elevador es extremadamente lento. En general no esperes el típico Hampton Inn. Rent å städat hotell, trevlig personal, fräsch dusch, enda missen skulle jag säga är att det 32 vån höga hotellet endast har två hissar vilket städpersonalen oxå använder med sina vagnar, de gör att det kan bli väldigt långa väntetider vid hissen vid tex frukosttider.
I like the hotel, I know that most of the hotels are small in New York, the area from the elevator to the room is too narrow, 2 elevators is not enough for all the people staying at the hotel. the person in reception very nice.
Quoi que l'emplacement soit idéal, l'odeur nauséabonde de la marijuana le long de la rue est insupportable. Le ménage n'a pas été fait dans notre chambre durant tout notre séjour (4 jours), le café pas remplacer. Cependant les agents a l'accueil étaient gentil, respectueux et courtois
Just was a little tiny every where, but Np is down town
Hotel is dated. Decor and room furniture look very tired. That said the room was clean. But ny daughters bedsheet had stains on it aroubd the edge, which was not changed when cleaners were in. Breakfast was ok, but the sitting area was tight and not enough room for such a large hotel with so many people. Staff in reception were pleasant and courteous. They also kept our luggage safe after checkout, which was cool, because some hotels in the area don't do it. Overall, its just ok for 21st centurt standards
Comfortable room in a convenient location.
City Break Tiny Rooms Supposed to be city view but none. Sink and toolet blocked, took 3 bisits to reception and 8 hrs to sort out
