Hotel scadente !!! Hotel situato vicino a times square una tra le poche cose positive, colorazione sempre uguale e poca scelta, camera per quattro molto piccola , bagno terribile quando ti fai la doccia la porta non scorre e se riesci a chiuderla comunque il bagno si allaga, l’acqua devi essere fortunato se ti arriva, se ti alzi alle 6 di mattina non ci sono problemi, letti da incubo ci siamo stati 5 notti tutti con dolori alla schiena, le prese usb non funzionano ultima cosa il riscaldamento o morivi di caldo o dí freddo co... read more
Just avoid this property! There are only 2 elevators for 32 floors with no service elevator, so essentially that is one elevator for the whole hotel of 32 foors x5 rooms/floor x4 heads per bed is one elevator for 640 people. The wait is unacceptably long, there is not enough room in the dining room for the number of guests at the hotel. And you have to step over, around, past drunk and stoned people to avoid those that are shooting up in the door ways.
First room Lock was busted. Second room smelled like urine. 3rd room we had problems with air conditioning element
I had dirty Towels folded in our bathroom upon my arrival.
Not a place to stay I would never stay at this hotel again. I can only give a few stars to the breakfast staff. The room was SO small and dated. The towels and bedding were so old and didn’t feel clean. There was even a hole on the towel I used. The most disgusting thing was I found a pile of garbage hidden on the floor behind the TV.
