Old musty rooms - super run down
Old dingy hotel. Very small rooms. Worn out carpeting, hot water barely worked. Breakfast was o.k.
The place was dirty and very cramped. Not like all the other first class Hampton Inns across the country. When you think of Hilton you think of s really nice hotel especially at what the price we paid for one night.
This is a crummy hotel. Small, smelly room. Very few services and really lazy attention to detail. I asked if the front desk would call us a cab and they said no. We asked to have our bags stored for an hour after we checked out and they lost one (they hadn’t stored them together so they couldn’t find one until I went into the storage room and eventually found it in a corner). The elevators are so slow we walked up and down the 7 flights to our room after waiting almost 20 mins for a car. You can do much better in the area.
Highly unsatisfied
Las habitaciones son reducidas. Las instalaciones son viejas y les falta mucho mantenimiento. Tres veces en la semana no funcionaba el elevador y tuvimos que bajar más de 15 pisos. Adicional, la atención de las personas de recepción fue poco amable. El desayuno que incluye no lo recomiendo, mal sabor y sin variedad.
