Not worth it, stay elsewhere. Great location, clean room. Stayed here before and had good stay. This trip not at all. Checked in fine. Room is nice. Problem was the a/c did not work at all. Call front desk and they asked me to hold. They sat the phone down where I could hear and the proceeded to speak with a coworker or manager for the next ten minutes complaining about having to work with a specific coworker. The "housekeeping" was TERRIBLE. I told front desk DAILY & NIGHTLY that we wanted all clean towels & bed made (3 nights, 4 days). Staff asked for room #. Never happened. They were told a spill happened & that was especially why. Too bad. Continental breakfast: All we wanted was coffee & creamer. They were empty. I asked for more & was told she was busy. She was black, the guests there were family and she was busy helping them. I was the minority & not family. No coffee 2 days

Hotel was quiet, relatively new. Very disappointing to pay full price and have no housekeeping service, and to not be told there wouldn’t be any.

During my stay, I did not receive housekeeping service the second day, even though they were right outside my room, when I left to allow cleaning.

Wakeup call....??? We asked for a wakeup call for 4:30am as I was scheduled for surgery. SURE, she said. Tried to set the clock. Didn't work. I woke up at 4. Good thing. Noone called. Noone at desk when we left. For $125 plus...not happy.

Daughter found dirty underwear In a hotel like this, I would expect the room to be extremely clean for the price and guarantee. My 6yr old doctor found a half full water bottle and a pair of men’s underwear under the bed.

If you had let us know upon discovering the items, we would have immediately moved you to another room. Housekeeping needs trained We did not get into our room until late and went straight to bed. In the morning light we saw trash on the floor. Cough drops, lid from coffee cup. Housekeeping did not vacuum at all. Disappointing since it’s a newer property
