new hotel, needs work new hotel, but there were water damage marks on the ceiling, the fire pit was not on, the bathroom door does not work well. hotel staff was helpful and awesome though.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, trouble at check-in Everything was great, however, I booked with Travelocity and ended up spending 30 minutes with front desk staff (who was very nice) because of an issue on Travelocity's end.

The staff were friendly when we checked in. The water pressure for the shower and sink was extremely poor. The curtain broke as well during our stay. Overall we wouldn’t go back to this Hampton.

The pictures must be AI because the property didn’t look anything like the photos. Our AC unit didn’t work so that made for a long night.
