Wakeup call....??? We asked for a wakeup call for 4:30am as I was scheduled for surgery. SURE, she said. Tried to set the clock. Didn't work. I woke up at 4. Good thing. Noone called. Noone at desk when we left. For $125 plus...not happy.

Daughter found dirty underwear In a hotel like this, I would expect the room to be extremely clean for the price and guarantee. My 6yr old doctor found a half full water bottle and a pair of men’s underwear under the bed.

Housekeeping needs trained We did not get into our room until late and went straight to bed. In the morning light we saw trash on the floor. Cough drops, lid from coffee cup. Housekeeping did not vacuum at all. Disappointing since it’s a newer property

Awful stay No housekeeping. Blind was stuck down and they couldn't seem to fix it so the room was dark. no one around to get coffee in the morning. bagged breakfast was awful - junk food.

Didn’t live up to reviews From the word “go” we had problems. They didn’t have our second room booked Only until I showed my confirmation email did they “upgrade” the second room to a king and pullout. Yet there was no bedding for the pullout which made for a late night. Four of my hotel room keys NEVER worked. I understand no cleaning but only made aware if it in the paperwork. No fresh towels available for two days

we stayed for two nights. the first night found two black bugs didn't think must about that figure they came in because of the weather. so the next morning was going to make coffee didn't have no cups to make it in called the desk said they would bring cups up but guess what they never brought none up. so left the room to get some coffee and went to my daughters house then went to eat out brought food back to the room to eat that night guess what no micowave when I called them they said this room had one. so was very unhappy... read more
